Senior Azure Integration Architect
Drive Enterprise Integration for Modern Digital Platforms
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Azure Integration Architect to support our expanding eBusiness platform initiatives. The ideal candidate is a technical leader with deep hands-on expertise in Azure-based integrations and a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions. This role requires a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and the capacity to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex integrations for our eBusiness platform.
- Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.
- Drive end-to-end solution design across data ingestion, transformation, storage, and real-time processing.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and decision-making across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure solutions adhere to best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and cost efficiency.
- Oversee integration delivery across multiple projects, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Demonstrate strong ownership, leadership, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong Azure expertise with hands-on experience in:
- ADF Pipelines & Data Flows
- Azure Functions & Durable Functions
- Logic Apps
- APIM (API Management)
- Event Grid / Event-Driven Architectures
- Cosmos DB
- Azure SQL
- Real-time and big-data processing patterns
Deep understanding of enterprise integration patterns, microservices, and event-driven design.
Ability to translate business requirements into functional design and technical implementation.
Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making capabilities.
Experience working in large, complex integration landscapes.
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution design, or related roles.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering and owning 46 large-scale projects end-to-end (not necessarily eCommerce, but complex integration programs).
- Experience in eCommerce or digital platforms is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
