Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer .NET Developer
Role Overview
We are seeking experienced .NET Developers to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality applications. The role involves strong backend development using .NET Core, microservices-based architecture, and optional frontend exposure to React or Angular. Candidates should be comfortable working in an Agile environment and following modern engineering best practices.
For Lead roles, this position includes technical ownership, mentoring, and guiding teams toward high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web APIs
- Build and maintain microservices-based solutions
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs for system integrations
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following SOLID principles and Microsoft coding standards
- Work with SQL Server and Oracle databases for backend development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features
- Perform code reviews, refactor legacy code, and troubleshoot complex issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- (Good to have) Develop UI components using React or Angular, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS
- For Lead roles:
- Provide technical guidance and ownership
- Mentor team members and ensure best practices
- Support design and architectural decisions

Requirements
- 6+ years (SSE) of hands-on .NET development experience
- Strong understanding of backend development and web technologies
- Experience working with microservices and REST APIs
- Ability to revise, update, and maintain legacy code
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Full-stack development experience
- Prior experience leading or mentoring teams
- Exposure to cloud platforms
