Job Description

TCS is looking for an experienced SAP Hybris Commerce (SAP CX) Technical Architect to join our Digital Commerce practice in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable SAP Hybris Commerce solutions for enterprisegrade B2B and B2C implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Architect and lead endtoend implementations of SAP Hybris Commerce (SAP CX)
• Define system architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards
• Design scalable solutions using Hybris extensions, OCC APIs, and microservices
• Lead development activities using Java, Spring Framework, and Hybris Core
• Define integration architecture with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, CRM, OMS, Payments, and thirdparty systems
• Oversee performance tuning, security, and system scalability
• Guide teams on Hybris customization, upgrades, and cloud deployments
• Implement RESTful services and OmniChannel commerce solutions
• Participate in solution design workshops and clientfacing discussions
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, DevOps, and CI/CD practices
• Mentor developers and conduct code and design reviews
• Support production releases and critical issue resolution

Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Hybris Commerce (6.x / 1811 / SAP CX)
• Expertise in Java, Spring, MVC, REST, Web Services
• Deep understanding of Hybris Architecture, Extensions, OCC, Backoffice
• Experience with B2B & B2C commerce implementations
• Handson experience in system integration (SAP, ERP, Payment Gateways, OMS)
• Knowledge of Cloud deployment (SAP Commerce on Cloud, Azure, AWS)
• Experience with Performance tuning and security best practices
• Strong understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines

Good to Have

• Experience with Spartacus / Headless Commerce
• Exposure to SAP Integration Suite / CPI
• Knowledge of Microservices and APIfirst architecture
• Experience with Agile / SAFe delivery models
• SAP Hybris / SAP CX certification
