Hiring for Domestic Voice Process!!!!

Interview Dates : 27 May 2020 - 7 June 2020

Roles & Responsibility:

Level 1 (L1)

Deliver high quality customer support via phone, email, chat and social media
Assist customers in resolving technical issues
Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) by resolving customer issues during the first contact
Maintain high customer satisfaction rate
Assist customers with RMA activities

Eligibility:

* Graduation is Mandatory.( any degree/

10+Diploma/10+12+Diploma is applicable).

* Excellent Communication skills (English and Hindi).

* Work Time: (General shift)
