Job Description / Responsibilities

-Build relationships with key customers over calls.
-Responsible for customer relationships after the sale process is complete.
-Call Customers to keep them up to date on products and launch of new products to maintain that relationship.
-Ensure high customer satisfaction level by proactively understanding customer needs.
-Taking Feedbacks, suggestions from customer

- Fresher / Experienced in any domain
