Role & responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through live chat support for international customers.
  
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and technical issues.
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) while meeting SLA and productivity targets.
  
• Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously with proper grammar and clarity.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Good voice clarity, pronunciation, and neutral accent preferred.
  
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats at once.
  
• Basic knowledge of computers, typing, and internet navigation.
  
• Strong customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotational shifts (including night shifts).
  
• Prior experience in International BPO / Chat / Customer Support preferred, but freshers can apply.
