Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Berger Paints India Ltd, specifically in the British Paints Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage sales operations and achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they make informed purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in retail sales or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment, focusing on achieving sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems are required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
