Job Description:
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Domestic Voice Process in Gurugram. This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates who are looking to build their career in the BPO/Customer Service industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally
Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company guidelines and communication standards

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduation is mandatory (Any discipline)
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Immediate joiners preferred

Shift: Domestic voice process (Day shift/Rotational as per business requirement)
