Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurately code medical procedures using CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards for coding accuracy.
  
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation for coding purposes.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations at all times.
  
• Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines, regulations, and industry best practices.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience as an SDDS/SDS coder or similar role.
  
• Strong knowledge of CPC certification requirements.
  
• Proficiency in coding same-day surgeries (SDS) procedures.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office setup.
