Job Description:
- At least 3-5 years of Experience configuring and implementing SF Compensation and Onboarding 2.0.
- HR Domain Experience of Minimum 2 years Preferred
- Should have handled at least 1 Implementation Project and 2+ Support Projects
Required:
- Certified in SuccessFactors EC / Compensation / ONB
- Work as SME and Product Owner for SF - Compensation which has core responsibilities of E2E delivery consisting of design, configuration, build, testing and deployment to ensure flawless implementation.
- Coach and mentor new hires and work with them on the Knowledge transfer process to bring them upto speed on all comp processes
Collaborate with the Comp CoE in macro planning and forecasting of annual incentive budgets - Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews as required
- Manage Compensation and Benefits including Rewards and Recognition
- Approve R&R awards basis FSS/Service area specific guidelines
Ensure the awards are processed accurately as per the instructions from the Business Advisors/Interim approvers - Administer & Support Partner Earnings & Payment System for Unit Allocation process
- Maintain high level of accuracy on all reporting/Analysis
Org unit monthly/quarterly review with Business advisors, Create and append process SOPs - Participate and contribute in the Annual compensation planning exercise
- Gather business requirements from the business community and define the SAP configuration settings Master data setup, and/or business process changes to satisfy the
- Work with business users and other Information Services personnel in the application development area in a cross-functional team environment to pursue and accomplish business critical projects and provide guidance on prioritization
- Apply systems development methodologies to install, modify, maintain, test, and document new software or configuration/software changes.
- Coordinate with other system analysts and other SAP functional leads when changes have a cross-functional impact
- Experience in Solution Design in preparing the functional specification and technical specifications independently.
- Perform second-level support for SAP How to questions which cant be answered by a team of SAP Super Users within the business community
- Troubleshoot problems with the SAP system, interact with external SAP support groups to find solutions, and oversee the testing and implementation of fixes or workarounds
- Serve as part of the team to develop project plans, and budget estimates, and lead project activities to accomplish agreed upon goals
- Experience in Human Resources processes such as Core HR Data Management, Performance, Compensation
- Experience implementing or participating in the implementation of talent management platforms and/or core HR platforms
- Experience with data analysis including translations and transformations of a data set.
- Delivery of training and upskilling of team
- Must prepare the Request for proposal based on clients initial requirements
- Previous experience with multi-national, multi-site, multi-state, and multi-functional organizations
- Working knowledge of Role Based Permission assignments
Working knowledge of Story Reports/Workforce Analytics

- Ability to independently develop the business knowledge and drive issue resolution
- Ability to troubleshoot the issues raised by the client
- Ability to decode the functional design to resolve the issue
- Ability to work on enhancements by gathering requirements from the client
- Ability to create or update functional design documents
- Ability to create test plans and test scripts for upgrades and patches
- Project management skills strong understanding of Agile
- Good organizational skills with an ability to work on own initiative
- Ability to multitask and collaborate with technical and non-technical staff
- Drive the user experience o self-service to the HR and non-HR Community
