Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Strong domain expertise in FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Solid understanding of financial statements P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
Good knowledge of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
Experience in developing financial reports, KPIs, and performance metrics.
Hands-on experience with planning and forecasting tools such as OneStream and Anaplan.
Working experience on SAP ERP and related financial modules.
Advanced proficiency in MS Office, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
Experience with analytics and BI tools like Power BI and Power Query, including dashboard creation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills; comfortable working with minimal supervision and collaborating with clients and leadership at Accenture.
Experience in FP&A transformation/improvement initiatives, ability to handle complex analysis, make impactful decisions, and willingness to work in flexible/night shifts.
