Job Description

- Hands on experience as Pega system architect/admin
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Strong experience in designing for performance and performance tuning
- Strong knowledge of application development frameworks and change control
- Experience with application platform build and configuration
- Experience in performance monitoring tools such as PAL, PDC/AES and Windows Performance Monitor
- Experience in Windows, Linux, MS SQL, Cloud Choices
- Able to resolve incidents & provide business support
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills - working in a global teams & complex environment
- Ability to multi-task effectively on a variety of work assignments
- Ability to perform application support tasks like: systems support, security reviews, & maintenance tasks
