Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance communication skills, product knowledge, and process understanding.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-4 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice processes (US/UK).
- Excellent Communication Skills with strong verbal & written English proficiency.
- Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts (US shift).
- Strong Soft Skills Training certification required; additional certifications like VNA/BPO/CSE preferred.
