Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our IPD Billing team at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in billing and management, with excellent leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the IPD billing process for accurate and timely payments.


• Develop and implement effective billing strategies to improve revenue growth.


• Lead and motivate a team of billing professionals to achieve departmental goals.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless billing operations.


• Analyze and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.


• Implement and maintain quality control measures for high standards of billing accuracy.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in billing and management, preferably in healthcare.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.


• Strong problem-solving and time management skills.


• Experience with billing software and systems is an advantage.
