1. Timely opening of store and adherence to all the processes at store opening

2. Optimum utilization of manpower & team development

3. Customer satisfaction

4. Avoid stock outs & loss of sale

5. Pilferage control

6. Team building & team development

7. Customer convenience & service

8. Adherence to process audit recommendations

9. Statutory compliance

10. Safety of store assets & property
