Job Description

We are hiring for L1 Application Production Support (SQL) role. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in IT support.

Avenue E-commerce Limited (AEL) is an online extension of Avenue Supermarts Limited flagship brand. Dmart Ready is the mobile application through which our customers order grocery and other utility products. We seek to be a one - stop shopping destination for the entire family , meeting all their daily household needs offering value for money. A wide selection of home utility products is offered at an affordable price, including groceries, foods, toiletries, beauty products , garment, kitchenware, bed and bath linen, home appliances and much more. Currently we are present at Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad , Hyderabad and Bangalore locations.

Knowledge:

Operating System (Windows/Linux)
Managing Support tickets using any ticketing tool
Understanding of Server/database/application terminology (Preferred)
Knowledge of Ecommerce domain (Preferred)

Roles & responsibilities:

Monitoring as per SOPs and escalation to higher level as per escalation matrix.
Digital Site and App monitoring
Enterprise application parameters monitoring
VM , Database, File Systems, Queue resource utilization monitoring
Logging issues and follow-up with the higher level support team
Work in shifts as per Roster.
