Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Technical Leadership
- Lead the end-to-end solution design for Power Platform and Power BI initiatives, translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures.
- Serve as the technical authority for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint, and related Microsoft integrations.
- Define and enforce solution design standards, patterns, and best practices across Power Platform and Power BI implementations.
Development & Delivery
- Design and develop enterprise-grade Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate flows, and Power BI semantic models, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure solutions meet performance, security, scalability, and usability expectations.
Power BI & Analytics Focus
- Lead Power BI solution design and implementation using Dataverse and SharePoint based data stores
- Partner with data, reporting, and business teams to deliver insight-driven dashboards and analytics solutions aligned to business outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience
- 6-10 years of overall IT experience, with significant hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI.
- Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale, production solutions.
Technical Skills
- Strong expertise in:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
- Power BI (dashboard design, Power Query)
- Dataverse architecture and data modeling
- Solid understanding of Power Platform environments, security, and governance.
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI licensing models.
- Working knowledge of scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or Python.
Professional Skills
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical, and design thinking skills.
- Ability to operate independently while also mentoring and guiding other developers.
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex designs to both technical and business audiences.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer-focused mindset.
