Sutherland Global Services is hiring for the role of Customer Service Associate (Voice) for our Logistics KYC process. If you have excellent communication skills and are looking for a stable Day Shift career in a global MNC, we want to hear from you!

Job Description

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Logistics KYC team. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls, verifying customer documentation, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our logistics partners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer queries regarding KYC documentation and verification.
  • Guide customers through the KYC process with clarity and professionalism.
  • Maintain high-quality standards and meet daily performance metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with logistics regulations.

Requirements

  • Education: HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate in commerce Backgrounds.
  • Communication: Fluent English is mandatory (Oral).
  • Joining: Looking for Immediate Joiners only.
  • Work Style: Ability to handle customer queries patiently and efficiently.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: Competitive Market Standards + Performance Incentives.
  • Travel Allowance: 3,500 Total (1,750 Pick + 1,750 Drop).
  • Transport: Company-provided transport facility within a 25 KM radius of Airoli Station (subject to hiring boundaries).
