We are looking for candidates for a backend customer support role in the medical domain.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should have completed education in a medical field (any medical qualification) or have a minimum of 6 months of experience in the medical field
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Immediate joiners are preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle backend support operations in the medical domain
- Process and verify medical-related data and documents
- Manage customer queries through non-voice channels (email/chat)
- Maintain accurate records and update systems regularly
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with process guidelines
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Perform quality checks on processed cases
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Handle confidential medical information with care
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the concerned team
- Support process improvements and share feedback
