Job Description

Job Title: QA Tester / Software
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The candidate will be responsible for identifying bugs, executing test cases, and collaborating with developers to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and execute test cases and test plans
Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
Perform manual and/or automation testing
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
Work closely with developers and product teams to understand requirements
Ensure software meets quality standards before release
Prepare test reports and documentation

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts (STLC, SDLC)
Knowledge of Manual Testing and/or Automation Testing
Familiarity with tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestNG (preferred)
Understanding of API testing (Postman is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Certification in Software Testing (optional but preferred)

Nice to Have:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environment
Basic programming knowledge (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
