SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with strong functional and implementation expertise to support performance and talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• 4+ years of proven experience in SAP HCM, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) configuration and implementation.
• PMGM certification or any SAP certification (mandatory to obtain provisioning access).
• Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, including end-to-end implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, particularly in:

• Performance Management
• Talent Management
• Career Development

• Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions using SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience working with data migration methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address functional and technical challenges.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
