Sourcing, Bulk Hiring, BSFI Exp Strong with F&A hiring Strong sourcing through different channels and recruiting skills majorly in F&A SKILL: Sourcing, Screening, Non-IT recruitment, end to end recruitment coordination. - Excellent communication skill - End to end recruitment experience mainly in NON-IT hiring such as finance, legal, information security, marcom - Experience in sourcing profiles from all the job portals such as Naukri/Linked IN and Monster - Ability to source profiles for complex roles - good stake holder management - Ability to collaborate within the team - Preferable from Tier 1 organization 1-3 years.
