1) Handle international customer voice calls
2) Resolve queries related to billing & services
3) Support service activation & order management
4) Maintain customer records and updates
5) Coordinate with teams for quick resolution

Required Candidate profile

1) Minimum 6+ months International BPO Voice experience mandatory
2) Excellent English communication with neutral accent
3)Good computer knowledge & typing skills
4) Comfortable working in 24x7 shifts
