About the Team:-
The team is focused on driving Data AI based solutions for SaaS and PaaS clients for Accenture. The team collaborates actively with onsite counterparts to help identify opportunities for growth as well as drives client deliveries from offshore.

What you would do in this role
- Development and testing of AI algorithms and techniques, custom-tailored to effectively address and solve specific, complex business problems.
- Manage large databases proficiently, conducting exploratory data analytics to derive valuable insights for stakeholders.
- Track down and thoroughly investigate previous information related to a problem, asking probing questions to identify root causes.
- Employ a systematic approach to problem-solving, exploring known avenues and asking insightful questions to unravel the core issues.
- Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external consultants/managers to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and manage data pipelines to streamline the flow of information for enhanced efficiency.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to changing project requirements.
- Proactively seek and embrace continuous learning opportunities to stay updated with the industry trends and advancement.
- Leverage the Microsoft ecosystemAzure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, Cognitive Search, and M365 Copilot extensibilityto build secure and scalable AI solutions.
- Design and implement GenAI and agentic AI systems, including RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and LLM-driven workflows tailored to business needs.

Qualifications
Who are we looking for
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related field.
- Experience working for large Software or Platform organizations.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in working on AI projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Leverage the Microsoft ecosystemAzure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Azure ML, Cognitive Search, and M365 Copilot extensibilityto build secure and scalable AI solutions.
- Design and implement GenAI and agentic AI systems, including RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and LLM-driven workflows tailored to business needs.
- Develop AI accelerators and POCs using Azure cloud-native architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and Responsible AI compliance.
- Stay current with advancements in LLMs, multimodal models, and Microsoft AI tooling, translating emerging capabilities into actionable business solutions.
- Hands on experience in building and deployment of Statistical Models/Machine Learning including Segmentation predictive modelling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, time series techniques, and optimization.
- Ability to work with large data sets and present findings / insights to key stakeholders; Data management using databases like SQL
- Proficiency in statistical packages such as R, Python, Java, SQL, Spark, etc.
- Knowledge in training large language models and fine-tuning for specific applications or domains.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for deploying and scaling language models.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficient in Excel, MS word, PowerPoint, etc.
