Job SummaryWe are looking for a Software Asset Management (SAM) professional with intermediate-level experience in SAM tools and strong exposure to major software publishers. The role focuses on license compliance, optimization, and governance across enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support Software Asset Management (SAM) processes using tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW SAM) and FlexeraPerform software license compliance analysis, risk identification, and remediation activitiesHandle software publishers including Adobe, Autodesk, Red Hat, and MicrosoftInterpret license agreements, contracts, and entitlements for accurate compliance positionConduct Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support activities, including:oTier 1:Basic license queries, data validation, user supportoTier 2:Compliance analysis, reconciliation, optimizationoTier 3:Complex publisher engagements, audit support, escalation handlingSupport internal and external software audits and true-up activitiesCollaborate with procurement, IT, finance, and vendors to ensure license optimizationMaintain accurate software inventory and entitlement recordsProvide reports and dashboards on compliance, usage, and cost optimizationRequired Skills & ExperienceIntermediate hands-on experience with SNOW SAM and/or FlexeraStrong understanding of licensing models for Adobe, Autodesk, Red Hat, MicrosoftExperience in software compliance, audit defense, and license optimizationKnowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) best practicesAbility to work independently on complex compliance issuesGood communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to HaveITIL / SAM / ITAM certificationsExperience supporting global enterprise environmentsExposure to cloud and subscription-based licensingQualification
