Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Design and implement new userfacing features for largescale, productiongrade web applications.
- Develop highperformance, easytouse, and highly scalable web solutions that handle high traffic volumes.
- Write clean, maintainable clientside code for modern web applications and rapidly build functional prototypes.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Ensure seamless user experiences across a wide range of devices, from highpowered desktops to mobile devices.
- Build and maintain reusable libraries and frameworks that support large, complex web applications.
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, data teams, and product stakeholders to deliver endtoend solutions.
- Contribute to frontend architecture decisions, coding standards, and best practices.
Preferred candidate profile
- Handson software engineer with 68 years of overall experience, including 34 years of strong expertise in Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong programming skills in modern web technologies, including:
- Angular (2 or higher)
- TypeScript
- HTML, CSS
- D3.js
- Node.js
- Solid backend development experience using Java, Python, or JavaScript, along with experience in associated web containers.
- Advanced understanding of multithreading and/or multiprocess development, essential for enterprisescale applications.
- Passion for automated testing (unit, integration, regression testing is a strong plus).
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins (preferred).
- Strong understanding of ObjectOriented Analysis and Design, with practical knowledge of design patterns.
- Experience with distributed caching solutions is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
