We sit in the Operations Business to take advantage of the industrialized run capabilities leveraging investments from Accenture Operations. You will contribute to building reports and dashboards that provide visibility into consumer behavior and campaign performance while supporting initiatives that unify consumer data across markets. By continuously improving data processes and embedding governance standards into daily operations, you will help deliver timely, relevant, and impactful insights that drive marketing effectiveness and consumer engagement. You will be responsible for breaking down the end-to-end process to identify automation/improvement opportunities and create automation / transformation roadmaps.
What are we looking for
Total 6-8 years of experience, 3+ years of experience working with databases and delivering business reports, 1+ year of experience developing dashboards (Power BI / Tableau)Advanced SQL (data extraction, transformation, performance analysis)Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detailExperience analyzing consumer purchase behavior and performance metricsAbility to generate actionable insights and storytelling for business decision-makingExperience creating segments and monitoring performance over timeExperience automating reports and working with data engineering teamsAbility to work with ambiguity and adapt to changeStrong English communication and presentation skillsTeam-player with strong collaboration skillsBachelors degree in IT, Mathematics, Sciences, Business, or related fieldPythonKnowledge of statistical modelsExperience with loyalty programs or CRM analytics

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyse consumer purchase behavior using databases and SQL to track individual and aggregate trends over timeDevelop and maintain dashboards to automate reporting and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholdersDesign analytical approaches to answer business questions, including hypothesis testing and experimental analysesSegment customers and monitor segment performance to support targeted marketing and loyalty strategiesCollaborate with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to implement scalable analytics solutionsGenerate insights and storytelling to guide business and marketing decision-makingIdentify opportunities to drive business growth through data-driven recommendationsMonitor key behavior metrics and overall business performance to ensure alignment with strategic goalsSupport cross-functional teams (Marketing, CX, Consumer & Shopper Analytics, Data Science) with data-driven guidanceEnsure data credibility, accuracy, and quality in all reporting and analysisStay updated with new analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends to continuously improve analytical capability
