Experience: 1-3 years | Location: Bangalore | Preference - Female
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Associate Program Manager to fuel category growth through cross-functional collaboration and strategic execution. The role involves partnering with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to plan, execute, and scale growth initiatives.
- Marketing partnerships: Coordinate marketing campaigns including offer planning, creative development, BTL activities, and track digital campaign performance with data-driven insights.
- Product engagement: Collaborate with product managers to analyze customer journeys, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize user experience.
- Customer insights: Gather product feedback, monitor sales trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Desired Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in category management, program management, or marketing operations.
- Graduate from a Tier-1 institution preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work across multiple teams effectively.
- Customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
