Job Description

EndUser Device Management

    • Oversee desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
    • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of enduser software and applications.
    • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, mobile OS).
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
    • Implement and manage MDM solutions (Intune, Workspace ONE, SCCM).
    • Enforce compliance policies, security baselines, and device enrollment.
    • Manage inventory and lifecycle of mobile devices.
  • Strategic EUC Oversight
    • Develop and implement EUC strategy aligned with IT and business goals.
    • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to enhance user experience.
    • Stay updated with emerging EUC technologies and trends.
  • Incident & Service Management
    • Handle customer support tickets, escalation, and SLA compliance.
    • Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams integration).
    • Root cause analysis and continuous improvement of EUC processes.
  • Security & Compliance
  • Ensure information security compliance across devices.
  • Implement security policies, patch management, and change management.
  • Support audits and vendor license compliance.

Required Skills

  • Primary Skills
    • Windows & macOS troubleshooting.
    • SCCM, Intune, or other MDM platforms.
    • Microsoft Teams and O365 productivity tools.
    • Printer and peripheral support.
    • ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Secondary Skills
  • Strategic planning and team leadership.
  • IT procurement and asset management.
  • Knowledge of networking basics (VPN, DNS, connectivity).
  • Continuous improvement and change management.

Typical Qualifications

  • Experience: Midlevel to senior EUC/MDM support background.
  • Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Certifications (preferred): Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+/Network+.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, customer service orientation, ability to lead small teams.
