Product Manager @ Tata Elxsi

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Own end-to-end accountability for NEURON product management and IBM solution portfolio management, including strategy, roadmap, and commercial success.
• Carry and deliver annual revenue and margin targets across both portfolios, aligned with business plans and GTM strategy.
• Define portfolio charters with revenue, pipeline, and profitability goals.
• Act as the central owner for prioritization, investment decisions, and outcome tracking.
• Work closely with Sales, GTM, Alliances, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams to convert portfolio strategy into booked revenue.

Portfolio 1: NEURON Product Ownership

Portfolio 2: IBM Solution Portfolio Solution & GTM Ownership

Revenue, Target & Commercial Ownership

• Carry a clearly defined annual revenue target, split across: o NEURON platform and modules o IBM-based solution portfolio
• Own solution monetization, pricing constructs (services, integration, managed offerings), and contribution margin.
• Actively support strategic deals, executive customer conversations, and QBRs.
• Measure success via revenue, pipeline, margin, adoption, and repeatability metrics.

Qualifications

• 712 years of experience in Product Management, Solution Portfolio Management, or Product-led GTM roles.
• Experience working with OEM / hyperscaler / platform alliances where the core product is delivered by a partner (IBM experience strongly preferred).
• Strong ability to bridge technology platforms and business outcomes. Proven experience owning commercial targets, not just delivery or enablement.
