Unit Head Sales II PuneKEY PURPOSE OF THE JOB (Position Summary):
Will be driving Top line for the Unit with various clinical engagement programs, planning and strategy, acquiring clinical talents and adding newer specialties in target markets.
Empanelment of TPA's, Direct Corporates and Channel partners for increased revenues.
Handling Corporates and complete day-to-day sales and marketing operations.
Internal Interface Consultants (for specialty and specialist promotions) Liaising with Operations, Finance and Nursing Team Patient Experience Management(PEM) and Support team for better patient experience External Interface Referral Doctors, Corporate HRs, CMOs, Channel Partners and Key Opinion Leaders in Associations (Retd Employees Clubs)

Driving Revenue Growth
Expanding Geography and newer markets for increased market share
Adding more TPAs and Corporate clients for captive business
Adding more Channel Partners for revenue growth
Cost optimization for better ROI
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Referral Doctors Engagement for strengthening their contribution
Corporate clients and TPA engagement to target higher segment patient referrals
Liaising with Channel partners for driving revenues from Pune (Deccan) and designated markets from Rest of Maharashtra
