Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently as an individual contributor on automation testing tasks.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation scripts using Selenium and Java.
- Implement and work with TestNG and BDD frameworks (e.g., Cucumber).
- Troubleshoot and fix existing automation scripts.
- Understand and work with CI/CD pipelines, including triggering regression jobs in Jenkins.
- Analyze functional flows and translate them into automated test cases.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present findings, and handle client meetings independently.
- Analyze test reports, publish daily reports, and share insights with stakeholders.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to day-to-day Agile activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in Selenium, Java, and automation frameworks (TestNG, BDD).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Excellent understanding of software testing principles and functional flows.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to interact with clients confidently.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
