Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter / Scheduler / Sourcer
Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6 Months 2 Years
Salary: 25,000 (Based on Experience)
Employment Type: Contract to Hire (C2H) Third Party Payroll

Job Description:

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for multiple roles including HR Recruiter, Operations Executive, Scheduler, and Sourcer for our Bengaluru location.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Recruiter / Sourcer:

End-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media & references
Screening, shortlisting & scheduling interviews
Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers
Maintaining recruitment tracker and reports

Operations Executive:

Managing daily operational activities
Coordinating with internal teams and clients
Ensuring smooth workflow and process compliance
Preparing reports and MIS

Scheduler:

Scheduling interviews and coordinating between stakeholders
Managing calendars and follow-ups
Maintaining proper documentation and records

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 6 months to 5 years of relevant experience
Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
Immediate joiners preferred
