Travel Consultant Amadeus GDS (International Voice Process)

Location: Bangalore
Salary: 3.5 5 LPA (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced Travel Consultants with hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS for an international travel process. The role involves handling customer travel-related queries, bookings, and modifications through calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle international customer queries via calls related to travel bookings
  • Work on Amadeus GDS for flight bookings, cancellations, re-issuance, and fare rules
  • Provide accurate travel solutions and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage end-to-end travel coordination and support
  • Follow company policies and maintain quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Amadeus GDS
  • Minimum 6 months 2+ years of relevant travel process experience
  • Prior BPO/Contact Center experience is required
  • Strong communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts

Important Note:

  • No Freshers
  • Non-relevant profiles will not be considered
  • Only candidates with Travel + Amadeus experience apply

Shift Details:

  • Rotational shifts (24/7 process)
  • 5 days working
