We are seeking for Multi Cloud Architect with hands on experience in AWS,Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, terraform, etc.,

What You'll Do:
- Multicloud Strategy & Architecture
- Define and own the enterprise multicloud reference architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Design hybrid and multicloud solutions integrating on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud platforms.
- Lead architecture for:
- Compute, storage, networking, identity, and platform services
- Cloud-native and legacy modernization programs
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services based on security, scalability, cost, compliance, and performance.
- Define landing zones, shared services, and account/subscription/project strategies.
- Cloud Networking (Advanced)
- Architect and govern:
- VPC/VNet design, subnetting, CIDR planning
- Hub-and-spoke and mesh architectures
- Interconnect, ExpressRoute, VPN, SD-WAN integrations
- Design secure ingress/egress, DMZ, PrivateLink, VPC Endpoints, NAT, and firewall architectures.
- Troubleshoot and optimize latency, routing, DNS, hybrid connectivity, and cross-cloud networking.
- Cloud Security & Compliance
- Define cloud security architecture aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Govern IAM, RBAC, federation (AD/Entra ID/Google IAM), and least-privilege access models.
- Implement security controls across:
- Network security, workload security, data security
- Secrets management, KMS, HSM, PKI
- Lead compliance alignment with ISO 27001, SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, NIST, CIS Benchmarks.
- Drive security tooling integrations (SIEM, CSPM, CWPP, DLP).
- Kubernetes & Platform Engineering
- Architect and govern Kubernetes platforms:
- EKS, GKE, AKS
- On-prem and hybrid Kubernetes using Anthos
- Define standards for:
- Cluster architecture, networking (CNI), ingress, service mesh
- RBAC, pod security, workload isolation
- Enable GitOps-based platform operations.
- Lead container security, runtime policies, and multi-cluster management strategies.
- DevOps & Platform Automation:
- Define enterprise DevOps strategy and toolchains.
- Architect CI/CD pipelines using:
- Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps
- Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC):
- Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation, Ansible
- Establish reusable pipeline templates and golden modules.
- Integrate security (SAST, DAST, SCA, Secrets scanning) into SDLC.
- Data Platforms & AI/ML Enablement:
- Architect cloud-native and hybrid data platforms:
- Data lakes, warehouses, streaming platforms
- Enable AI/ML workloads:
- Model training, inference, MLOps pipelines
- GPU/accelerator strategy and cost governance
- Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize AI/ML at scale.
- Ensure data governance, lineage, and security across platforms.
- FinOps & Cost Governance
- Establish and lead FinOps practices across all cloud platforms.
- Define cost allocation, tagging, chargeback/showback models.
- Optimize cloud spend using:
- Rightsizing, reservations, savings plans, committed use discounts
- Present cost insights and optimization strategies to executives and customers.
- Embed FinOps controls into architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud Center of Excellence (COE) Leadership
- Build and lead the Cloud COE team (Architects, DevOps, Security, Platform engineers).
- Define and enforce:
- Cloud standards, guardrails, blueprints
- Architecture review processes and decision frameworks
- Conduct architecture governance calls with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the final authority on complex technical and architectural decisions.
- Governance, Standards & Operating Model
- Define enterprise cloud governance frameworks.
- Establish policies for:
- Security, compliance, networking, identity, cost, and operations
- Standardize cloud delivery models across multiple projects.
- Align cloud strategy with enterprise IT, security, risk, and compliance teams.
- Pre-Sales, SOWs, RFPs & Client Engagement
- Lead technical pre-sales activities:
- Solution architecture, effort estimation, risk analysis
- Author and review:
- Statements of Work (SOWs)
- RFP and RFQ responses
- Technical proposals and solution diagrams
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior leadership.
- Support deal shaping, solution costing, and delivery commitments.
- Program & Stakeholder Management
- Oversee architecture across multiple parallel programs.
- Collaborate with:
- Program managers, delivery leads, security, finance, and business stakeholders
- Mentor and upskill architects and engineers.
- Communicate architecture decisions clearly to executives, customers.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 15+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise architecture.
- 8+ years of hands-on experience across AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Proven experience leading Cloud COE or large-scale cloud programs.
- Strong background in regulated or enterprise environments.
- AWS, GCP, Azure (deep multi-cloud expertise)
- Advanced cloud networking & hybrid connectivity
- Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, Anthos)
- DevOps & IaC (Terraform, CI/CD, automation)
- Security architecture & compliance frameworks
- Data platforms & AI/ML enablement
- FinOps & cost optimization
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Customer-facing architecture leadership
- Governance and decision-making authority
- Mentorship and team-building experience
- Ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
- Cloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure Professional level)
- Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS)
- TOGAF or equivalent architecture framework exposure
- FinOps Certified Practitioner or Professional
- Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or SaaS domains
