Job Description

We have urgent job opening for BAMS, BHMS, for Discharge summary.

Job location - West Delhi
Qualification -BAMS, BHMS
Experience - 0 to 2
Salary - Upto 40k

Note: Must have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Discharge Planning: Assessing patient needs for post-discharge care, including equipment, nursing services, or transport.
Coordination & Communication: Liaising with doctors, nurses, families, and community resources to arrange care plans.
Documentation: Reviewing, preparing, and ensuring the accuracy of discharge summaries and paperwork.
Patient Education: Providing patients and families with clear instructions, medication information, and follow-up appointment details.
Documentation & Safety: Ensuring compliance with Medicare/insurance benefits and hospital policies to ensure safe discharge
