Required Skills & Qualifications

2-6 years of experience working as aScrum Masteror Agile facilitator.
Strong understanding ofScrum,Kanban, and Agile methodologies.
Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Certifications such asCSM,PSM I/II, orSAFeare a plus.
