What would you do
 Embedding digital transformation in healthcare operations end-to-end, driving superior outcomes and value realization today, and enabling streamlined operations to serve the emerging health care market of tomorrowIn a Membership job profile, responsibilities include managing and supporting the membership base of an organization. This involves tasks like processing applications, renewals, and cancellations, as well as maintaining accurate member records. The goal is to enhance member satisfaction and retention through excellent customer service and engagement activities. The role may also involve organizing events, communicating benefits, and addressing member inquiries. Effective membership management is crucial for the growth and sustainability of the organization.Coordinate the essential documentation and resources required for the filing of global applications. Understand, manage & process electronic submissions that include original application filings, Life Cycle Management submissions such as CMC, Ad-promos, amendments, annual reports, SPL submissions, etc.
What are we looking for
 Good communication skills (candidate should have clear and effective communication).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good comprehension skills.
  • Candidate must be based in Chennai and within the transport boundary.
  • Willingness to work night shifts.
  • Ready to work from office daily.
  • Do not consider candidates from Finance or IT backgrounds for this role.
  • Solve routine problems by following established procedures and general guidelines.
  • Interact primarily with immediate team members and direct supervisors.
  • Receive detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
  • Make decisions that directly impact individual work deliverables.
  • Work as an individual contributor within a team, with a defined and focused scope of responsibility.
  • This role may require working in rotational shifts.
