Job Title: B.E / B.Tech- Civil Engineering Apprenticeship
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated and eager Civil Engineers to join our team. As an apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the Real Estate industry, while working alongside experienced professionals. This apprenticeship will provide you with valuable skills and knowledge that will help advance your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring construction activities as instructed by Package Manager - including progress and quality, work flow sequence, coordinating contractor payments, safety and quality compliance
- Learn new softwares /skills every year to enhance knowledge, suggest new ways /improvement areas in current working/system
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills.
- Support the team to get fortnightly and monthly plan from manager, understand the same and prepare planning for resources
- Keep weekly record for productivity and wastage, if any
- Supervise quality workmanship and avoid rework.
Requirements:
- B.E / B.Tech- Civil (2024/2023 year pass-outs)
- Strong interest in Civil Engineering/ Real Estate /Construction Industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
