Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including operator manuals, maintenance manuals, and service manuals.
- Work with Content Management Systems (CMS) to organize and publish documentation.
- Create and manage structured content using DITA and STE (Simplified Technical English) standards.
- Utilize tools such as Tridion Docs and Oxygen XML Editor for content authoring and publishing.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret engineering drawings and convert them into clear documentation.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with documentation standards.
- Support illustration requirements with basic awareness of Adobe Illustrator.
- Manage document revisions, version control, and updates efficiently.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in technical writing and documentation.
- Proficiency in CMS (Content Management Systems).
- Hands-on experience with DITA and STE.
- Familiarity with Tridion Docs and Oxygen XML Editor.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and technical schematics.
- Experience in creating instruction manuals (operator, maintenance, service manuals).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
