Job Description
We are looking for someone with strong technology, analytical and communication skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct market analyses, analyzing the overall profitability of the business. In addition, they develop and monitor data and requirement quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met. Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Extensive experience in Business Requirements gathering and writing skills with expertise in developing and documenting Business requirements document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Software Requirement Specification (SRS) across the deliverables of a project.
Understanding and mapping the process-specific requirements. Gap Analysis for new functionality requirements, as well as prioritizing them based on business to align them with the project knowledge with all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, methodologies.
Experience working with project management & defect tracking tools and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Meeting business representatives from different functions to understand business processes business.
Identify requirements by working with clients through interviews, document analysis, client focus group, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks, and workflow analysis.
Providing functional support to the testing team in test case preparation and reviewing the test cases.
Skills/ Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in business or related field or an MBA.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong communication/interpersonal skills
Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
A track record of following through on commitments.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
