Role & responsibilities

seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BPM Analyst to join our team. The BPM Analyst will play a critical role in driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness by designing, modelling, analysing, and improving business processes. Additionally, this role involves leveraging technology such as robotic process automation (RPA) and process intelligence tools to drive measurable business outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate should have strong hands on BPM experience, such as:
  
• Experience on Business Transformation, Process improvement and Process excellence.
• Good experience with Lean Six Sigma Black Belt projects.
• End-to-end (E2E) process mapping & redesign
• Experience using BPM tools like ARIS, Signavio, Bizagi, Appian
• Knowledge of BPMN standards & workflow automation
• Process governance, ownership & standardization across teams
• Conducting stakeholder workshops to understand and validate requirements
