Hiring: QA Surgery Coding | CorroHealth | Noida

Role: Quality Analyst (QA) Surgery Coding
Salary: Best in Market
Experience: 36 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct quality audits for Surgery coding (major/minor procedures)
Review CPT coding, modifiers, and documentation accuracy
Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines
Identify coding discrepancies and provide actionable feedback
Perform RCA for coding errors and suggest improvements
Maintain audit reports and quality metrics
Support coder training and knowledge enhancement
1-6th Series

Eligibility Criteria:

Certification Mandatory: CPC / CIC / CCS
Experience: 36 years in Surgery coding with QA/Auditing experience
Strong knowledge of CPT codes, surgical procedures, modifiers (51, 59, etc.)
Good understanding of coding compliance and guidelines
Excellent analytical and communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Immediate Joiners or candidates with up to 1-month notice period preferred
Willing to work from office (Noida location)
