Job Description
1. Preparation, implementation and review of sales plan
2. Generation of Primary Sales in line with Secondary Sales
3. Daily monitoring of sales and retail productivity; & weekly sales review
4. Continuous monitoring & assessment of work of the respective sales team
5. Routine Market Visit
6. Cross checking updation/operation of Beats
7. Continuous training at the time of Joint Field Work
8. Market development-consolidation of existing covered areas and expansion into new areas.
9. Activities related to the tertiary sales in the region
10. Taking care of promotional activities for brand awareness & visibility
11. Execution of marketing activities and monthly reporting and review
12. Responsible for tracking & monitoring competitor's products & activity
13. Routine visits to distributors
14. Ensuring a proper inventory management, distribution & re-distribution so that orders procured are supplied on time
15. Maintain and develop good business relationship with all existing distributors
16. Ensure proper Depot/CFA Management
17. Approval/Appointment of Distributor's
18. Ensure necessary ROI of the distributor
19. Weekly/Monthly submission of sales related reports

Required Candidate profile
Essential DesiredQualification Graduation PG/MBA
Experience 3-4 years in sales.
Good communication skill required.
Willingness to Travel.
Should be confident , aggressive and result oriented.
A dynamic Sales person who is self-starter, highly motivated, ambitious, positive, innovative thinker, who possesses strong selling ability with excellent communication. FMCG Experience is mandatory
