Key Responsibilities


Corporate Sales & Leasing

  • Drive end-to-end leasing of office spaces to corporates and enterprises
  • Generate leads, conduct site visits, and close large-ticket leasing deals
  • Build a strong pipeline of enterprise clients and startups

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, Admin Heads, and Decision Makers
  • Understand client requirements and provide customized workspace solutions
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Business Development

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand corporate network
  • Collaborate with IPCs (International Property Consultants) for lead generation
  • Drive partnerships with brokers and channel partners

Revenue & Target Management

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets (desk sales / sq. ft.)
  • Maximize occupancy and revenue across assigned centres
  • Track sales funnel, conversions, and performance metrics

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, design, and marketing teams
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and handover of clients
  • Support pricing, negotiations, and contract closures

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 38 years of experience in B2B sales / corporate leasing / real estate / coworking
