Job Description
Our growing company is in need of an experienced Content Manager to oversee development, execution and delivery of digital content across channels. The ideal candidate should know how to apply data analytics to personalize and optimize content. The Content Manager will manage an expanding team of Content Strategists and team members to build new opportunities across our client engagements.Plan and execute a content strategy that drives high engagement
Serve as editor-in-chief for all content to ensure quality, clarity and consistency
Collect, monitor and analyze social and website metrics, and make improvements accordingly
Manage the distribution of content across all channel
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Edit, proofread and improve writers posts
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audiences attention
Skills / Competencies
Minimum 5yrs of proven work experience as a Content manager
1. Related University Degree
2. Bachelors Degree preferred
3. Understanding of content marketing tactics, such as SEO, digital advertising and social media marketing
4. Demonstrated ability to lead content marketing campaigns
5. Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
6. Familiarity with social media
7. Excellent writing skills in English
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
9. Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team
10. Strong Excel, Word, and Power Point skills
