About the Job
The Learning & Development Lead Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs focused on leadership development, upskilling, and account-specific role training. This role requires a dynamic individual who can engage diverse audiences, foster a growth mindset, and support the organization''s strategic goals through effective learning initiatives.

As Learning & Development Lead Trainer, You Will
  • Create comprehensive training programs that address leadership skills, industry trends, and specific role requirements
  • Develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, tailored to various learning styles
  • Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually
  • Utilize various teaching methods to enhance participant engagement and retention, including role-playing, case studies, and group discussions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps within the organization
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement of training programs
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, assessments, and participant feedback
  • Provide regular reports on training outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
  • Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to leaders and employees seeking to enhance their skills and performance
  • Foster a supportive learning environment that encourages personal and professional growth
  • Work closely with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts to align training initiatives with organizational goals
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance training impact and foster a culture of continuous learning
As Learning & Development Lead Trainer, You Have
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Excellent facilitation skill
  • Strong knowledge in English grammar
  • Strong verbal and spoken proficiency in English
  • Ability to handle a class of 20 to 50 participants
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Windows Operating System
  • Typing speed of 35 WPM with a minimum accuracy of 95% accuracy
  • A positive work ethic and commitment to the tasks assigned
  • Adaptability to trends within the organization
  • Compliance to the organizational policies and standards
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings and holidays
  • Flexible availability during business exigencies
  • Commitment to work in any site in Hyderabad
