Job Title: Senior MLOps & AI Platform Engineer
Experience: 6+ Years (Relevant Experience Preferred)
Location: Bangalore {Hybrid - 3 Days in office }
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior MLOps & AI Platform Engineer to design and build scalable, enterprise-grade AI/ML platforms. This role focuses on enabling seamless model deployment, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence across ML and GenAI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build enterprise ML / GenAI platforms
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training & deployment (MANDATORY)
- Implement model registry, experiment tracking, and versioning systems
- Build monitoring, observability, and drift detection frameworks
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance
- Work with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for platform provisioning
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes-based ML workloads
- Implement security, compliance, and governance frameworks
- Drive automation, standardization, and platform best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / MLOps
- Strong expertise in:
- Kubernetes (Advanced level)
- Docker & containerization
- Designing CI/CD pipelines for ML systems (MANDATORY)
- Hands-on experience with one or more:
- ML platforms like MLflow, SageMaker, Vertex AI, Kubeflow
- Experience in:
- Production ML platforms
- Monitoring, observability, and governance frameworks
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation / etc.)
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade security & compliance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with GenAI / LLM platforms
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong platform engineering mindset
- Focus on automation, reliability, and operational excellence
