Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP HCM US Payroll solutions.
- Work on core HCM modules: PA, OM, Time Management (TM), and CATS .
- Configure and manage US Payroll processes including payroll runs, taxation, retro calculations, garnishments, and benefits.
- Perform payroll schema and PCR configuration .
- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional specifications (To-Be documents).
- Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) and payroll validation.
- Assist in payroll parallel runs and go-live activities .
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Support integrations with third-party systems (benefits, tax, time systems) .
- 5 7 years of experience in SAP HCM.
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- SAP HCM (On-Premise)
- US Payroll configuration
- Good knowledge of:
- Personnel Administration (PA)
- Organizational Management (OM)
- Time Management (TM)
- Experience in:
- Payroll schemas, PCRs, and wage types
- US Payroll processes (taxation, compliance, benefits, garnishments)
- Minimum 1 2 end-to-end SAP HCM implementation projects .
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes .
- Experience in requirement gathering, testing, and support .
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central .
- Exposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP) .
- Knowledge of SAP CPI / PI/PO integrations .
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications .
- Familiarity with data migration tools (LSMW / Migration Cockpit) .
- Experience working in Agile projects .
- Exposure to global payroll or multi-country implementations .
