Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source top talent through various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and placements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or sales recruitment consultancy.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer generation, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients (hiring managers).
- Ability to work independently from home office environment.
